Qbitz. Viking dad. Homelab dweller. CTF grinder. AI breaker. Breaks things on purpose, builds AI agents to break them faster, then writes the defense to stop it all. Runs more Docker containers on Raspberry Pis than most people run apps on their phone.
I am a Cyber Security student at Noroff University in Norway (expected graduation: June 2026), currently writing a thesis on malware in gaming environments. My day-to-day is equal parts offensive research and defensive engineering: threat analysis, recon, detection tuning, and automation that removes repetitive work.
The homelab is where most ideas get battle-tested. I run Wazuh for SIEM monitoring, Pi-hole for DNS control, Twingate for ZTNA, Proxmox for virtualization, and a rotating stack of services in Docker. If a workflow can be scripted, it gets scripted.
- Background in IT consulting (1st/2nd line support, Windows Server, firewall administration).
- Earlier service in the Royal Norwegian Navy handling secure and classified communications.
- Active in CTF competitions and practical pentesting training.
- Core stack: Python, Go, Bash, and whatever gets the job done.
